ON THE JOB...
Napa County has recognized the value of alternative treatment systems as a important tool to help combat increasing levels of pathogens in Napa County's watershed. ESS predicts that Napa County will be a boon for aerobic treatment systems for sites that were once otherwise un-buildable and as a tool to upgrade older failing and polluting systems. ESS is in a unique position to work with homeowners, developers and the county health department to realize the county's potential.
